 I am completely happy with Mr Clive Seager and have dealt with him over the last five years, no
question is too much and I do ask alot of questions. I also had a little prang before buying my
new car and I just have to say that your Ford Accident Management service is brilliant and god
forbid that if I did have another accident, I would definatley used them again.
This was my third new car from the dealer and I have always ask for the same sales person. I
know that I will be treated fairly, respectfully and any concerns or questions I have regarding the car
will be discussed and answered honestly. I come away knowing I have the right deal and the right
car.
Salesman was excellent, he was helpful,polite and had a good level of knowledge I felt
a valued customer. The way he dealt with me would guarantee a return to Pertwee & Back.

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Pertwee and Back and have always found

The salesman was very helpful and we felt relaxed and comfortable, as if they wanted our business
which has not always been a case with some other Ford dealerships we have visited.
We have been with another Ford dealer and the salesman was arrogant and a take or leave it
attitude, so we decided to try your dealership were Chris made us feel like he wanted us there and
spent a good deal of time finding us the best deal, he also wouldn't let my wife drive away with the
new car until he new she was happy with everything.
I have dealt with Pertwee and Back over many years both for new cars and their servicing
and MOT when necessary and have always been completely satisfied with their customer
liaison.
100% excellent : the best car purchase experience in forty years since I first ever bought a
car - I cannot recommend them or Ford more highly.
Im really pleased with my new Fiesta Edge 1.4 TDCI. Its perfect for my pupils and its returning
a really good MPG. Pertwee and Back gave me excellent service during the buying process.
